Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot common issues related to bookings, payments, and account access.
• Assist guests with check-in procedures and host with platform navigation.
• Document common issues and contribute to the help center knowledge base.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to escalate urgent on-site issues (e.g., lockouts, maintenance).

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role (1+ year).
• Excellent communication skills and a patient, helpful attitude.
• Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of inquiries during peak hours.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays (as short-term rentals are 24/7).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the SparesSpace web application using React.js and modern JavaScript.

• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI and smooth animations.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with React.js, Redux (or similar state management), and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proficiency with frontend tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
• Experience with responsive design and CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components).
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques (code splitting, lazy loading).
• Understanding of Git workflows and collaborative development.

You will be the human voice of our brand on social media and within our community forums, fostering engagement, sharing local tips, and turning users into loyal advocates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), sharing user-generated content and property highlights.
• Host virtual and in-person events for hosts (workshops on hospitality) and guests (local city guides).
• Moderate community forums and groups, encouraging discussions and peer-to-peer support.
• Act as the bridge between the community and the product team, relaying feedback and feature requests.
• Develop a content strategy that includes blog posts, newsletters, and host/guest spotlights.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tell a compelling story.
• Highly empathetic and able to handle sensitive community issues with diplomacy.
• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics.
